I began my journey in massage therapy long before I became a professional practitioner. For years I saw the benefit that massage therapy provided in my own health and well being. I often thought about pursuing a career in massage therapy for 10 years before deciding to attend school. To this day, I believe it was one of the best decisions I ever made. I discovered a passion that not only helped me to better understand my mind, body and spirit, but also to help others through my healing nature.
Since graduating from Myotherapy College of Utah in 2011, I have worked as a CMT/LMT (certified/licensed massage therapist) for various high end spas, massage clinics, chiropractic and physical therapy offices in both Utah and California. Each experience has helped shape what would become my own personalized, custom massage.
