When you come to Body Moving Massage Therapy, we will work with you as a team to methodically address your concerns to quickly get you on the road to recovery. By using different massage/bodywork modalities and stretching techniques, we help to relieve tension, decompress joints and increase range of motion. Some of the various types of techniques, include but not limited to, are swedish, deep tissue, myofascial release, trigger point, passive stretching, manual lymphatic drainage, sports and thai massage.
